Connect an existing device without losing its protocol
For equipment manufacturers and integrators with serial or RS485 devices, we first identify the device model, bus settings, message format, available power, target network and installation conditions.
What we examine
Share the interface manual and representative request/response frames. We separate physical connection, protocol mapping, gateway firmware and host-side integration, so a working serial link is not mistaken for a validated end-to-end application.
First-stage deliverables
- A bounded diagnostic conclusion or pilot connection.
- Connection and configuration notes, issues found and a test record.
- An agreed next scope for enclosure, source code, on-site deployment or batch production when applicable.
Acceptance conditions are defined against the agreed device, firmware version, data volume, network condition and recovery behavior. No unverified throughput or range is assumed.
